A pet can leave a camera's view without leaving the room. Enabot builds around that ordinary limitation: its family robots let someone move a camera and communicate remotely. The appeal is a little more reach when checking on home, but choosing a model still means understanding where it can go and which app functions you expect to use.1

A focused home-robot business

Enabot says it was founded in Shenzhen in 2018, an origin also recorded by Hong Kong's investment-promotion agency. A historical profile hosted by Beyond Ventures names Erika Zhu as founder. The maker's Chinese company name is 赋之科技(深圳)有限公司; its international EBO app policy uses Enabot Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited.12358

Enabot's product history and catalogue include EBO S, Pro, SE, Air, X, Max and Mini models. These names represent different hardware and feature sets. In particular, the original EBO Air should not inherit the video, calling or AI features advertised for Air 2 Plus.12

The company behind the app

Ownership continues after the hardware arrives. Enabot maintains an original EBO Air support page, while its international application policy describes account verification on its platform and optional video processing in the cloud. The website's cookie policy is not enough to explain what happens when a robot camera is connected.45

There are also distinct legal and regional documents. The website terms name WeHome Technology Company Limited; the EBO app policy names the Shenzhen operator. A newer Chinese application policy is dated August 2026. Buyers should use the terms supplied for their own product and region when checking account deletion, video storage and support.567

Products and everyday jobs

Enabot separates its EBO family robots from the ROLA range for pets. Start with the task you want help with, then compare the exact model and the app and accessories supplied with it.12

EBO Air

The original EBO Air is a mobile camera with two-way voice for remote interaction with pets. Enabot retains its own support page. Air 2 and Air 2 Plus are separate products, so their advertised functions should not become promises for an older Air.124

ROLA pet products

The separate ROLA range includes PetPal, Mini, PetTracker and Fountain. That gives shoppers another reason to start with the job: moving a camera, tracking a pet and supplying water are different needs, even when the products come from one company. A brand-level promise cannot answer a model-level question about setup or maintenance.12

Living with the product

For someone comparing EBO models, the useful next step is the exact product record and its support documents. Confirm the model name on the box, the app it uses and the support channel that handles purchases in your country.246

Could a moving camera reach the place you care about?

Where does your pet disappear from a fixed camera’s view? Trace the route a moving camera would need to take, then check that model’s movement limits and decide who can retrieve it or clean it when you are away. Use the app and support terms for the country where you will use it.146
