Choose Ultra for the work you intend to develop
AGIBOT positions X2 Ultra New Version for guided tours, interaction and robot development. A practical project might be a greeting followed by a short guided route through a venue. Define the route, the conversation and the recovery when someone blocks the way before deciding which functions belong in the package.1
The comparison checked on October 26, 2026 lists LiDAR, an RGB-D camera, an Orin NX computing board and support for secondary development. Neo does not share those features in the same table. Ultra is therefore a distinct configuration to evaluate, not a name that can be applied to the cheaper Neo offer.1
Read the limits with the specification
The maker lists a height of 1,310 mm, approximate mass of 39 kg and 31 degrees of freedom, including two at the neck. Its load claim changes with posture: 3 kg in specific postures, versus at most 1 kg across the full range, excluding the end effector. Confirm how that applies to the exact object and movement in your project.1
Battery capacity is listed at about 500 Wh, with around two hours of operation while walking at 0.5 m/s. That is a stated condition, not a promise for every application. Navigation also requires the right software, site setup and validation, so include commissioning and a representative trial in the deployment plan.1

The Ultra listing checked on October 26, 2026 was price on request. Agree the destination, feature set, delivery schedule, setup and training before treating a quote as a complete cost. The Neo price and its security-support dates do not establish Ultra’s terms.1
AGIBOT’s resource center warns that the older X2 and X2 Ultra guides are not confirmed compatible with the current products. Obtain documentation for New Version and its delivered firmware. For its cameras, microphones and connected software, ask what is recorded, where it is processed and how access and deletion work.21
