The X11 OmniCyclone vacuums and mops with ECOVACS' OZMO ROLLER 2.0 system, then empties collected dust into a bagless station. It sits within the larger DEEBOT family. This profile covers the US package with removable water tanks, rather than a permanently plumbed installation or the separately named X11 PRO OMNI.124

What the cleaning system promises

ECOVACS introduced X11 OmniCyclone at IFA in September 2025. It describes PowerBoost charging during mop-washing stops, claiming a six-percent battery top-up in three minutes. Its US specification lists maximum suction of 19,500 Pa and a ten-millimetre mop lift. Those are manufacturer figures, not a measured cleaning score or a guarantee of continuous work in every home.31

Measure the thresholds between the rooms you want cleaned, and check the rugs where you expect to mop. ECOVACS’ US table describes 24 mm crossing with the mop, while the launch announcement describes 4 cm obstacles without equivalent test conditions. Those accounts do not establish one universal climbing limit. If a doorway is essential to your cleaning route, ask for an exact-model demonstration over that kind of transition.13

Bagless changes the chore

With this station, you empty the dust container over a waste bin rather than replace a full dust bag. ECOVACS' care guide also calls for wiping the container and cleaning its removable filter sponge, which must dry completely before it goes back. Bagless therefore describes the collection method, not an absence of filters or maintenance.17

The mop-washing area needs attention as well. The maker instructs owners to remove and rinse the washing and soaking trays, dry them and reinstall them with the overflow float in place. Think about whether the person using the robot is comfortable carrying out those jobs. The attractive part of automation is the work it saves across a week, after its own care is included.8

Space, water and setup

The US station measures 380 by 493 by 465 millimetres with its base attached. Installation guidance asks for five centimetres clear on each side and eighty centimetres in front, on a hard, flat surface. The support page also advises checking for moisture underneath when placing it on wood. Allow space to reach the tanks and trays as well as space for the robot.158

The listed US station has a 3.2-litre clean-water tank and a 2.7-litre dirty-water tank. Its automatic refilling of the robot does not mean a connection to the household water supply: this listing explicitly excludes automatic refill-and-drain plumbing. App setup uses ECOVACS HOME registration and a Wi-Fi connection.16

A camera is a household decision

The exact-model support guide describes Video Manager features including photos, short silent recordings and live calls. First activation requires a physical button press on the robot. Decide whether those functions are useful to your household, and review the app's regional privacy terms before enabling them. The US store policy alone does not establish where this model's videos or maps are retained.910

Check the package before the price

On October 25, 2026, ECOVACS' US store displayed the base X11 OmniCyclone package at $1,099.99 with an Add To Cart option. That is a dated storefront observation, not a guaranteed checkout total or delivery date. X11 PRO OMNI is separately listed with a dust-bag station; do not assume a cheaper similarly named offer includes the bagless station.14

The published manufacturer warranty for eligible new US/Canada purchases is twelve months, subject to its terms and proof of purchase. Confirm the seller, regional model and condition before ordering, particularly for an import or refurbished machine. Keep the full model name on your shortlist so the dock, accessories and support remain part of the comparison.11

Questions to settle before choosing

Do you prefer emptying a dust container, including its filter care, to replacing bags?71

Can the station fit with its base, approach space and access for water and tray maintenance?158

Is the offer for OmniCyclone with the bagless station, and do the regional warranty terms cover your purchase?411

Sources and notes

  1. 1. DEEBOT X11 OmniCyclone US product offer

The US source covers the tank-based X11 OmniCyclone and bagless station. The $1,099.99 Add To Cart observation is dated October 25, 2026, not a current checkout or dispatch guarantee. The table says 24 mm crossing with the mop, while the launch describes 4 cm obstacles without equivalent test geometry. The same US page describes a fixed side brush in prose but lists an extendable one in its table. Both questions remain unresolved; no universal climbing height or selected side-brush design is claimed.

  2. 2. Ecovacs home-service-robot portfolio

DEEBOT is ECOVACS’ floor-cleaning family. The family name alone does not identify an X11 model, dock package or specification sheet.

    Evidence checked: 2026-10-25

  3. 3. ECOVACS X11 launch at IFA 2025

The issuer announced X11 OmniCyclone at IFA on September 5, 2025. Its broad 4 cm obstacle claim is not interchangeable with the US table’s 24 mm crossing-with-mop description. The different contexts remain unresolved.

    Evidence checked: 2026-10-26

  4. 4. DEEBOT X11 PRO OMNI US comparison source

X11 PRO OMNI is a separate named package with a bagged station and a listed 2.5-litre dust-bag capacity. Its specifications, electrical ratings and accessories are not transferred to OmniCyclone.

    Evidence checked: 2026-10-25

  5. 5. X11 installation instructions

Exact-model installation guidance calls for a hard, flat surface, 5 cm clear on each side and 80 cm in front. Check beneath the station for moisture on wood flooring. These clearances are additional to the station’s physical dimensions.

    Evidence checked: 2026-10-25

  6. 6. X11 network setup

The setup instructions use an ECOVACS HOME account, the robot’s QR code and Wi-Fi. They do not establish 5 GHz compatibility or a complete offline operating mode.

    Evidence checked: 2026-10-25

  7. 7. X11 dust container cleaning

Empty and wipe the dust container as instructed. The washable item identified here is the removed filter sponge, which must dry fully before reassembly. This is not an instruction to immerse the container or the whole station.

    Evidence checked: 2026-10-25

  8. 8. X11 mop tray cleaning

The removable mop-washing and roller-soaking trays must be rinsed, dried and reinstalled with the overflow float in place. Automatic mopping does not remove this care task.

    Evidence checked: 2026-10-25

  9. 9. X11 Video Manager guide

The exact-model Video Manager guide describes photos, short silent video and live calls. First activation requires holding the robot’s Start button for three seconds. That physical step does not establish video retention, storage location or protection from unauthorized remote access.

    Evidence checked: 2026-10-25

  10. 10. ECOVACS US Privacy Policy

The US store policy covers account and product-registration information. It does not establish the X11’s complete ECOVACS HOME map and video processing terms. Review the applicable regional connected-product notice before enabling camera features.

    Evidence checked: 2026-10-25

  11. 11. ECOVACS US/Canada limited warranty

The maker’s twelve-month limited warranty applies to eligible new products purchased and used in the US or Canada, with proof of purchase and the stated exclusions. It is not automatically a worldwide, refurbished or parallel-import warranty; applicable statutory rights remain separate.
