A small humanoid with documented hardware, but regional software and services need their own checks.1
This is UBTECH Alpha Mini, with the international education app edition identified separately. The maker lists 14 servos, a 245 mm height and a 700 g mass including the battery. Similar appearance does not establish that another regional app or a Wukong-branded service supports the same unit.

UBTECH describes expressive movement, graphical coding, voice interaction and a camera. Ask to see one complete coding and voice activity on the exact unit and account you would receive. These are manufacturer descriptions; The cited sources do not establish the experience on a particular household’s equipment.
The cited US iOS listing is AlphaMini, app ID 1471118209, with version 1.3.0 dated July 23, 2020. The Android package is com.ubtechinc.alpha.mini.edu, with an August 23, 2023 update shown. Those dated listings identify the apps; they do not prove that a new account or voice session works today.
The maker describes nanoSIM 4G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. A radio feature does not establish a local plan, compatible account or functioning language and voice service. Confirm those together on the offered regional edition before planning an activity around cellular access.
No. The app-linked policy describes local photos and face information but also voice sent to Google Voice and approximate location handling. The Google Play developer label says no collection and no deletion, while the iOS listing supplies no privacy details. The discrepancy remains unresolved; no blanket local-only or child-data assurance is made.

The cited sources do not establish current regional service terms, battery and servo maintenance arrangements or a hardware age recommendation. Obtain those details and the applicable purchase terms for the supplied edition. An app-store listing or UBTECH’s group results does not supply a support commitment for this unit.
UBTECH lists Alpha Mini as a 245 mm-tall humanoid with 14 servos and a 700 g weight including its battery. Its product page describes expressive movement, voice interaction and graphical programming. Those are manufacturer descriptions of the platform; they do not establish how well a particular regional unit will work in a family home.1
The international education app can be identified precisely. The US AlphaMini listing has app ID 1471118209 and version 1.3.0 dated July 23, 2020. Its Android counterpart uses package com.ubtechinc.alpha.mini.edu and shows an August 23, 2023 update. These should not be replaced with a Korean app or a newer Wukong-branded service merely because the robot looks similar.231
UBTECH describes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and nanoSIM cellular capabilities, but a radio specification is not a working local service. Before buying, establish which account can be created, which languages and voice functions operate, and whether a SIM plan is needed for the intended activity. A successful app-store search alone does not answer those questions.1
Privacy also needs edition-specific reading. The linked education-app policy says photos and stored face information can remain on the robot, while voice dialogue sends information to Google Voice and location-based services can use approximate location. The Android label's no-collection declaration does not resolve that discrepancy, and the iOS listing supplies no privacy details. This profile therefore makes no blanket on-device or child-data-safety assurance.432
Ask for a demonstration of one complete programming and voice session on the exact supplied unit, plus written information about battery, servo and account support. Current regional purchase terms, maintenance arrangements and a hardware age recommendation were not established in the checked sources. UBTECH's group financial reporting is business context, not a guarantee for these services.5
