Moflin responds to handling and familiar voices with small movements and sounds. Casio describes its changing emotional expressions as simulations. It does not understand the meaning of spoken words, so the appeal is a responsive creature to hold rather than a chatbot to talk with.2

Retail versions and compatible beds

The US silver PE-M10SR has two head-movement axes and an approximately 260 g body. Casio’s figures give around five hours of use and three and a half hours to recharge at 25°C. A place for its charging bed is part of the everyday setup, even though the robot itself is small enough to hold.124

Check the model number before choosing a replacement bed. Japan’s PE-M11SR page, marked new in September 2026, lists a Type-C PE-HS2-M bed compatible with both PE-M11 and PE-M10. The older round-DC PE-M10 bed supports PE-M10 only. The Japanese package’s adapter and cable should not be assumed to come with a US offer.4

Care and the optional app features

MofLife provides naming, volume controls, battery status, software updates and an interaction journal. Casio says voice features are processed locally for familiar-speaker recognition, without understanding or recording spoken words. Uploads through the app are owner-chosen and can support the journal, servicing, quality improvements and restoration. Decide whether those connected features are useful before enabling them.2

For routine care, Casio recommends gentle brushing and wiping dirt with a damp cloth. Keep that advice alongside the instructions for the exact robot and charging bed, especially when buying a used unit with replacement accessories.24

Used units, support and membership costs

An earlier crowdfunding Moflin is a separate buying proposition from a Casio retail unit. Casio’s indexed support answer directs crowdfunding owners to Vanguard and describes Casio services for units sold by Casio from November 2024 onward. Confirm that support route and app access for the particular unit before paying.3

The US PE-M10SR page had a buying link on October 26, 2026, but no dependable numeric price or delivery date is established here. Ask for the exact model, included bed and local repair arrangements. Check optional Club Moflin costs separately rather than assuming that the purchase price includes every future service.145

Sources and notes

  1. 1. Casio silver Moflin PE-M10SR

These US specifications identify the silver PE-M10SR. The approximately 260 g figure is the robot’s mass, not its bed’s. The page had a buying link but supplied no dependable numeric price in the saved evidence. A buying link alone does not settle stock or delivery.

  2. 2. Casio US Moflin

Casio’s US FAQ describes simulated emotional expression, local processing of voice features and owner-chosen app uploads. That is a description of those functions, not a promise that every feature is offline. Runtime and charging are approximate figures at 25°C. The care advice is gentle brushing and a damp cloth.

  3. 3. Casio crowdfunding-edition scope

The indexed Casio support answer distinguishes Casio-sold units from November 2024 onward from the earlier crowdfunding version, directing crowdfunding enquiries to Vanguard. The direct page timed out. Treat this as an excerpt-only service distinction and confirm the applicable route for the particular unit before purchase.

  4. 4. Casio Japan PE-M11SR

Japan’s PE-M11SR page marks the model new in September 2026. Its PE-HS2-M Type-C bed supports PE-M11 and PE-M10, while the older round-DC bed supports PE-M10 only. Japan’s included adapter and cable and its model timing are not a US package or launch promise.

  5. 5. Casio Moflin support

The US support page links manuals, repair information and Club Moflin. Optional-service prices and complete membership terms were not available in the saved evidence. No mandatory subscription is established here, and no blanket fee-free service promise follows from that gap.
