Petit Qoobo is Yukai Engineering’s smaller cushion robot with a moving tail. It adds reactions to sound and a heartbeat-like effect. The appeal is a physical response to hold or notice nearby, without needing to follow a conversation.1
Sound response is different from understanding speech. Yukai’s FAQ says Qoobo products do not understand the meaning of words, even though Petit reacts to voices and other sounds. Think about the room where it would be used: a response to sound may be welcome on a desk but is not the same as a spoken answer or following a command.1
Yukai lists Petit at approximately 210 by 110 by 280 mm and 600 g. The full-size Qoobo is approximately 320 by 150 by 520 mm and 1,000 g. That makes size and weight a useful starting point: consider where you would hold it, carry it or put it between uses. Petit is a separate smaller model, not simply a color choice for the larger cushion.1
Alongside size, compare the kind of response you want: would you enjoy a tail that reacts to nearby sounds and a heartbeat-like effect while holding the cushion? Those are Petit’s distinguishing features. Choose it for the interaction you want to spend time with; these features do not establish a clinical benefit.1
Petit uses a rechargeable battery. Yukai lists “8+ hours” of operation without giving test conditions. Keep charging in the daily routine, but do not use that wording as a precise prediction of how long every pattern of interaction will last.1
The shared Qoobo FAQ allows gentle hand-washing of a heavily soiled removable fur cover and warns that its texture can change. It also says not to sit or stand on the cushion or tail. Check Petit’s own manual before removing or washing its cover; the shared wording does not make the electronic body washable. Keep those instructions with the robot if someone else will care for it.1
On October 26, 2026, the official US store displayed Petit at US$159.99. The global store separately listed US$146 and showed the selected listing as sold out. The US page included both Add to cart and Sold out text, so neither reference settles the stock or dispatch date for your chosen color and destination.23
Yukai’s product site names Gris, Marron, Noir and Blanc. Before ordering, confirm the exact color, delivered cost and expected dispatch with the store serving your address. A sold-out selection does not by itself mean all Petit Qoobo models have been discontinued.123

These are Yukai’s figures for Petit Qoobo. Dimensions and mass are approximate. The maker lists “8+ hours” without test conditions, so that wording is retained rather than turned into an exact runtime or a guaranteed minimum.1
The official site covers two distinct products. Petit’s approximately 210 × 110 × 280 mm body and 600 g mass are separate from full-size Qoobo’s approximately 320 × 150 × 520 mm and 1,000 g. Sound response and the heartbeat-like effect belong to Petit. The shared FAQ’s cover-care wording needs checking against Petit’s manual; it does not make the electronic body washable. “8+ hours” has no supplied test conditions.
